Mayo Clinic Community Concert

Jacksonville Symphony will provide free community concerts to the residents of Northeast Florida. Music on the program for the concerts includes possibly the best known piece in all classical music, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5 in C minor, Opus 67 along with Antonín Dvořák’s Carnival Overture and Igor Stravinsky’s Orchestra Suites No. 2 for small orchestras. Music Director Courtney Lewis will be leading the orchestra at each appearance.
The concert at Jacoby Symphony Hall does require a free ticket. Tickets can be obtained by visiting jaxsymphony.org, calling the box office at 904-354-5547 or visiting the box office in the Times-Union Center Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm.
