5th Annual Dream Day

PRI Productions will once again transform into a dream-like play land for 40 local children facing life-threatening illnesses and their families for the Fifth Annual “Dream Day” event – a partnership with Dreams Come True of Jacksonville.

It begins at 9:30 a.m. with an exclusive red carpet entrance for each child, which is one of the most special moments of the event. As each Dreamer approaches PRI Productions off Kings Avenue, they will see their name and face on the big screen, and step out of the car to be greeted on the 150 ft. long red carpet by some of their favorite characters from storybooks, movies and television; and, surrounding them, a gathered crowd of people from all around the community cheering them on.

From special character interactions, to music, games, magic and food, every child will be provided with unbelievable moments of joy and hope at Dream Day.

Each participating child is served throughout his/her medical journey by Dreams Come True. Dream Day is part of Dreams Come True’s Special Times program, which provides unique experiences for children before and after their dream is granted.

Parking is free for the public interested in joining the crowd of support for the Red Carpet Arrivals beginning at 9:30. Guests should park at either the Duval County School Board building or the Kings Avenue Parking Garage the day of the event. Shuttle services will begin at 6:00 AM and run continuously until the completion of the event. Shaded seating is available across the entire length of the red carpet entrance.
