2nd Annual Toast to Conservation

Toast to Conservation is an exciting event that generates awareness and funding for the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens and the global wildlife conservation programs supported by the Zoo.
During the event, guests can participate in a paddles-up auction that will support the conservation of bonobos and gorillas in the wild. One of the highlights of the evening will be the auction of the naming sponsorship of the gorilla infant born at the Zoo on September 28. The female Western lowland gorilla is being temporarily hand-reared behind-the-scenes at the Zoo as the result of the mother carrying her incorrectly and the young one’s life being in jeopardy.
