2019 JACKSONVILLE LEMON BALL

Northwestern Mutual – Jacksonville hosts the 2019 Jacksonville Lemon Ball that supports the work of one front yard lemonade stand. When Alex was just four years old, she held her first childhood cancer fundraiser and raised over $2,000. By the time of her death in 2004, Alex raised $1 million and inspired a legacy of hope and cures for childhood cancer.
The last two Jacksonville Lemon Balls were a tremendous success, raising nearly $200,000, which supports Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation’s program areas: early career research engaging researchers early in their careers; research accelerator advancing the pace of innovative research, and quality of life and care improving the quality of life and care for children and their families.
