Pro Football Hall of Fame member Tony Dungy spent 31 years in the NFL, where he amassed a 148-79 overall record as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In 2007, he became the first African American coach to lead his team to a championship when his Colts defeated the Chicago Bears in Super Bowl XLI.
