The event features riders and striders of all skill levels participating in a 65, 40, 12-mile cycle or a 5K Run/Walk.
In the spirit of the season, this year’s Tour will feature a holiday theme. Participants will be riding and striding in holiday attire as Santa Clause comes to town, spreading cheer to donors, spectators and participants alike. Each rest stop will have a unique holiday theme, including carolers, red and green refreshments, yuletide tattoos, Santa hats, and more.
This fully supported event will include a continental breakfast, sponsor giveaways, bike rentals and a family friendly ‘Kid’s Zone’. Participants will enjoy finisher’s medals, a post ride beer tent and lunch from Mission BBQ.
All proceeds from the Tour De Cure benefit the American Diabetes Association which provides community-based education programs such as Camp JADA, protects the rights of people with diabetes, and funds critical research to find a cure.
Registration for all competitions will remain open until the start of each event. Non-participant observers are also encouraged to attend and show support for the competitors while enjoying a festive atmosphere, all for a great cause.
