In 2016, after five years of rebuilding, Theo Epstein led the Chicago Cubs to their first World Series title in 108 years. Prior to that, he was the General Manager for the Boston Red Sox, the youngest GM in the history of the MLB. He led the Red Sox to World Series victories in 2004, their first in 86 years, and again in 2007. Epstein and his twin brother started a foundation which has raised $7.3 million to help disadvantaged youth in Boston and Chicago.
